SCPLS ‘Don’t Become Extinct! Read @ Your Library’ Baby/Toddler & Preschool Storytimes from January 10-13

The Sevier County Public Library System’s Don’t Become Extinct! Read @ Your Library baby/toddler and preschool storytimes resume in September. The 2022-2023 school year (September-May) featured storytimes focus on literacy and ready-for-school skills using imaginative play, crafts, games, lots of great books, and other activities.

Baby/Toddler & Preschool Storytime details for January 10-13:

  • Tuesday, January 10 @ 11:00AM – Seymour Branch Library, 137 W. Macon Lane, Seymour – (865) 573.0728 – Winter Preschool Storytime – Join Ms. Rachel as she shares the books: ‘Loud Winter’s Nap’, ‘Winter in the Forest’, and ‘Once Upon a Winter’. Create a winter snow globe to take home following storytime. For more information, please call 865.573.0728.   
  • Wednesday, January 11 @ 10:30AM – King Family Library, 408 High Street, Sevierville – (865) 453-3532 – Happy New Year, Nighttime, the Color White and the Letter P Baby/Toddler Storytime – Join Ms. Jessica as she shares the books: ‘A Wonderful Year’, ‘Nighttime Ninja’, and ‘My P Book’. Create a firework craft to take home following storytime. Call 865.453.3532 for more details.   
  • Thursday, January 12 @ 10:30AM – King Family Library, 408 High Street, Sevierville – (865) 453-3532 – Happy New Year, Nighttime, Oval and Heart Shapes, and the Letter P Storytime – Join Ms. Jessica as she shares the books: ‘A Wonderful Year’, ‘Nighttime Ninja’, and ‘My P Book’. Baby/toddler and preschool storytimes follow a monthly ready-to-read storytime theme and are open to the public. Visit any branch of the SCPLS each week from September – May to share great books with your child in addition to enjoying crafts, songs/music, games, and other activities.
