SCPLS Kodak Branch Library Hosts Movie Matinees – May – Sherlock

The Sevier County Public Library System (SCPLS) Kodak Branch Library is pleased to announce that their movie matinees continue this month. The matinees will feature the popular British mystery crime drama series, Sherlock, based on Sir Arthur Conan Doyle’s Sherlock Holmes detective stories. This adaptation of the books has Holmes and Watson solving various mysteries in modern-day London. The series was created by Steven Moffat and Mark Gatiss and stars Benedict Cumberbatch as Sherlock Holmes and Martin Freeman as Doctor John Watson.

To view the sessions, visit the Kodak Branch Library on the following dates from 2:00-4:00 pm:

• May 2 – Sherlock Holmes: Season 3, Episode 1

• May 16 – Sherlock Holmes: Season 3, Episode 2

The movie matinee series is open to the public and is offered at no charge. Light refreshments will be served to matinee attendees. The series will continue from September through May.
